1. Before using the vacuum unit, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fasteners of each part are loose, and correct and tighten them if they are loose.
2. Before start-up, the pool must be filled with water, the inlet valve of the pump must be opened, and dehydration, idling and reverse rotation are strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the mechanical seal and pump.
3. Before shutdown, vent or the vacuum degree drops below 0.092mpa, and then shut down to prevent the check valve from being damaged due to excessive vacuum suction (if the check valve fails, please open the check valve cover and remove the sundries).
4. Steam water jet pump in series, first open and then turn on steam, shut off steam when shutdown, in order to prevent damage to water jet pump. When installing the steam pipeline, make sure that there is no water in the pipeline and keep it level, otherwise the vacuum degree will be affected.
5. If the water temperature of the circulating water tank is too high, it will affect the exhaust volume and vacuum degree, and it needs to be replaced or replenished in time.
Attention to these matters in the use of vacuum unit can not only ensure the stable operation of the equipment, but also improve the work efficiency, which is also a maintenance method for the equipment.
