1. Holes appear in the film during aluminizing
reason:
① The transpiration boat is too full of aluminum. Solution: reduce the speed of aluminum feeding; Improve steaming boat current.
② There is a short circuit between evaporating vessels in the vacuum chamber. Solution: sweep the short circuit.
③ Impurity splashing in vacuum chamber
2. The reason of film stretching during aluminum plating is as follows
① The substrate tension is too high. Solution: adjust the tension control system of unwinding and coiling to reduce the tension properly.
② Abnormal operation of cooling system. Solution: check the cooling system and clean up the faults.
3. The reason for the appearance of brown stripes on the film surface is as follows
① The solution of low vacuum degree: clean the aluminum feeding equipment, evaporation equipment, cooling system, unwinding and coiling equipment and guide roller in the vacuum chamber; Check the vacuum system; Reduce the ambient humidity.
② The film releases gas. Solution: film pre drying; Extend the vacuum time.
③ Too much aluminum spray. The solution: improve the speed; The current of transpiration boat decreased; Reduce the speed of aluminum feeding.
④ There are impurities in the transpiration boat. Solution: clean steaming boat and heat shield board.
⑤ The steaming boat is aging. Solution: replace the steamboat.
Process requirements: the vacuum degree shall not be lower than 103pa to avoid brown stripes or uneven aluminum layer thickness; Control the tension of the system and open the cooling system to avoid the tensile deformation of the film when heated; Accurately control the coiling speed (280-320m / min) and aluminum feeding speed (0.4-0.7m / min? 2 mm aluminum wire) and steaming boat heating current to obtain the required thickness of aluminum layer (100-300 a) °); A certain amount of primer can be coated on the film in advance, which is full of dryness. 2. Relative humidity: not more than 70
3. Inlet temperature of cooling water: not higher than 25 ℃
4. Cooling water quality: urban tap water or water of equivalent quality
5. Power supply voltage: 380V, three-phase 50 Hz or 220 V, single-phase 50 Hz (depending on the needs of the electrical appliances used), voltage fluctuation range of 342 ~ 399 V or 198 ~ 231 V, frequency fluctuation range of 49 ~ 51 Hz;
6. The pressure, temperature and consumption of compressed air, liquid nitrogen, cold and hot water required by the equipment shall be specified in the product manual. 7. The environment around the equipment shall be clean and tidy, and the air shall be clean. There shall be no dust or gas that can cause corrosion on the surface of electrical appliances and other metal parts or cause conductive between metals.
In addition, the laboratory or workshop where the vacuum coating equipment is located should be kept clean. The ground is terrazzo or wood painted and dust-free.
