1、 Precautions for safe operation
1. The operator of vacuum plating machine shall wear clean and tidy clothes with tight cuffs. The hem of coat shall not be open. Slippers and high heels are not allowed;
2. Check whether the control switches of the circuit can be opened and closed normally, and the voltage indication is 380 ± 20V；
3. Check whether the connection of each screw is firm, whether the connecting wires of the electric control cabinet and the host are loose, and whether the grounding is good; All electrical switches are at zero or "off" position;
4. Check whether the bolt of stainless steel baffle in the coater room is firm and whether the corner is bent or warped;
5. Check whether the water pressure and air pressure are normal; Whether there is leakage of water, oil and gas;
6. When the water supply of the equipment stops, the diffusion pump, roughing pump and roots pump should be shut down immediately to keep the pump running;
7. When the gas stops in the middle of the equipment, the diffusion pump, roughing pump and roots pump should be shut down immediately to keep the pump running;
8. In case of power failure, turn off the main power supply immediately, and then turn off the diffusion pump, roughing pump and maintenance pump;
9. When the diffusion pump is heating, avoid touching the diffusion pump heater to avoid scalding;
10. When the workpiece rotates, all operations are forbidden; Only when the workpiece stops rotating completely can the upper and lower rollers be operated;
11. When the door needs to be opened after the electroplating operation, the operator should hold the handle, slowly open the door, and insert the bolt into the fixed hole;
12. The operators of vacuum plating machine must work in strict accordance with the equipment operation instructions and safety operation procedures, pay attention to the safety of the equipment itself and the operation of the equipment, and pay special attention to the inspection and use of safety devices.
